The Party the Left Didn’t Want You to See: Inside DC’s MAGA Reunion
Last night, at a party hosted by Raheem Kassam and Jack Posobiec, we welcomed back Matt Boyle. If you care about real news, you know why that matters. Matt is one of the best—a fearless journalist and all round big effing deal. Just ask Karoline Leavitt, who got her second-ever press briefing question from Matt—a preview of what the White House press room will look like under a real administration.
I’ve known Matt for a decade now, and I’m proud to call him a friend. He’s been fighting the good fight long before it was popular, and it is great to see him back in DC, where he belongs.
The event felt like a reunion of the best in politics and media, packed with Trump supporters fired up about real victories. We’re winning on immigration enforcement. We’re heading into a future with no new wars. And thanks to reporters like Matt, the deep state narratives are finally crumbling under the weight of the truth.
Now, let’s talk about the crowd. Conservatives suddenly know how to throw a party! The room was full of sharp, stylish, and diverse guests who weren’t just there to talk policy—though plenty of that happened. They were there to have a great time. It was peak MAGA. High-energy, hopeful, and unstoppable. I know that New York Magazine’s “Cruel Kids’ Table” critique was meant as an insult, but last night proved this table is exactly where you want to be.
I caught up with Sean Spicer, who—fun fact—hosted my first-ever TV hit (which I completely bombed, but he was polite about it).
I met Steve Bannon for the first time—a milestone in any conservative’s career. His real life presence is larger than life.
I even managed to say hi to Jack Posobiec before he got swarmed by fans. (No pic, due to said swarming.)
It was a great night for a great friend!
FreePressFail.com has always defended Matt Boyle—and always will—because real journalism needs real support. Seeing so many conservatives come together to celebrate him was a reminder that we’re not alone! This movement is a family. A fun, smart, beautiful family.
And we all want to say one thing: Welcome back to DC, Matt. The town is better with you in it!
